To assist the Human Resources Department in supporting all operating companies, with a focus on the co-ordination of the recruitment function.
Responsibilities;
1. Manage and coordinate temporary and permanent recruitment across the organisation 2. Manage all temporary candidates and issues whilst employed
3. Coordinate all employee and contractor documentation
4. Provide information and advice to line managers
5. Assist in maintenance and implementation of HR policies and procedures
We are looking for someone with;
• 1 to 2 years generalist HR/Recruitment experience and relevant tertiary qualifications
• Excellent relationship building skills and strong customer focus
