We produce around 220 hours of live programming each month, with shows featuring specific categories of merchandise including Jewellery, Health, Beauty, Fashion, Kitchen, Homewares, Electronics and Collectables.
We currently have a vacancy within our dynamic Merchandise team for a Buyer – Fashion Apparel, for 12 months to cover Maternity Leave.
Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales and gross profit for the category, ensuring the continual supply of new products through strategic planning, maintaining supplier relationships and managing other category staff members. You will liaise closely with vendors, our television studios, customer service and the distribution centre.
To be successful for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a buyer. You will be a clear communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines. We also require that you will have experience in buying Fashion Apparel products. You will be dedicated to a career in Buying and passionate about our concept.
