Our large Distribution Centre, located in Frenchs Forest, has recently growth and change, working in a fully automated warehouse. We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Sortation (Packing) department.
Reporting to our Warehouse Manager and working closely with other department supervisors, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Managing the packing functions, including
- Ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Management of all workflow
- Supervision of up to 25 staff
- Ensuring department targets, including budget, are met
- Provision of accurate communication and feedback to both management and team

Upholding OHS standards
To be successful for this role you will need:
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including packing
- Competent supervisory skills, preferably with experience of leading a team of up to 25 people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work within strict timelines and possess good organisational skills
- Exceptional team player with the enthusiasm and drive to motivate others
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong background in staff performance management, scheduling and recruitment
- Minimum of 4 years at a supervisory level
- Current Forklift Licence
